Anti-flaming Fire-resistance Rubber Hose

High-pressure flame-retardant and refractory hose is mainly used for hydraulic transmission in high-pressure, flammable and high-temperature environment, conveying medium or transmitting power. This product has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, marine, metallurgical and other industries; Hydraulic control pipelines of oil exploration drilling BOP; and Hydraulic pipelines in metallurgical industry, steelmaking, blast furnace, open-hearth furnace and other high temperature environments near open fire.

1. Construction

High pressure Steel Wire Spiral Rubber Hose, covered with fire resistance paint coat, steel wire braided layer, and anti-flaming layer. 

2. Applications

It is mainly used in high temperature surroundings and in conditions having heat source or heat radiation source, such as oil field well-control, metal smelts, and chemical industry.  

Applicable to connection at locations when drill platform, semi-submersible drilling vessel or drilling vessel moves relatively and the installation dimensions of the drill rig subsequently change, and to delivery of oil, gas, mud and other high pressure media

4. Characteristic

The product features resistance to high pressure, thermal insulation, anti-flaming and fire resistance as well as inner wall with high abrasion resistance. 

5. Packing 

After finishing the hose production, we will pack the hose. In general, the packing will use plastic film and wooden cases. Special packing is available to customer's requirements.
