In order to reduce the loss caused by corrosion, petroleum workers constantly screen the material of pipes. At present, steel pipes, steel skeleton plastic pipes, glass fiber reinforced plastic pipes are widely used in oil extraction, gas production, gathering and transportation, water injection and other projects. But they will be replaced by Flexible composite Pipes gradually.

Static Application: mainly for connecting the floating production equipment and undersea end-fit, concluding rising and cross-under pipe. 

PRODUCT STRUCTURE

SKeleton Layer: an interlocking metal layer, for preventing crushing

Water-proof Layer: an extruded polymer layer that keeps integrity of transmission of internal liquid. 

Pressure Armor: an interlocking metal layer, mainly resisting internal pressure and load of internal pressure. When pressure is higher, one more armor can be added.  

TENSILE ARMOR: winded with flat, round or profiled metal wire, mainly resisting internal pressure to get torsion balance, so resisting annuls or axial load. 

Outer Layer: the factory traditional color is black, however, customer preference color can be provided with or without UV protection. 

DYNAMIC APPLICATION: mainly for the oil-transmission, gas production and fix the expansion loop of riser. 

FEATURE: good resistance to internal pressure, external pressure, fatigue, corrosion and shock, and can preventing marine microorganism erosion; light weight, supplied by roll, the advantage is obvious in the sea exploration.

A. General PE Material Products(Flexible Compound High Pressure Pipeline), Max working temperature 70℃, Min working temperature -40℃.

B. High-Pressure Resistance Material(PE-F), by our company independent research and development of new materials, the cost same with PE and also with PVDF performance. Max working temperature 130℃, Min working temperature -40℃.

2. Pressure Reduction Factor:

Using the corresponding reduction factor for designing the pressure standards of the pipeline depending on the different size and temperature.

3. This products adds antioxidant compound stabilizer for long times(more than 20 years) outdoor using without cracking.
